David Chang
MD, FACC, FHRS
Dr. David Chang is a heart rhythm specialist with clinical interests in atrial fibrillation, left atrial appendage closure, ventricular arrhythmias, and device management including leadless pacemakers and device extractions. He grew up in Los Angeles and settled in New England after completing his clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. His accolades include the Fulbright scholarship, Gold Humanism Honor Society membership, and chief fellowships during cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology training. In 2025, he was awarded the Castle Connolly Top Doctor in New Hampshire. He previously served as a section editor and is currently on the editorial board of the Heart Rhythm Case Reports Journal. He participates as an active member of the American College of Cardiology and Heart Rhythm Society where he currently serves on the Health Policy & Regulatory Affairs Committee. Outside of work, he enjoys going to church, spending time with his family, and playing golf.
